Becky Kuch is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with licenses in South Dakota and Minnesota. She believes that life’s difficult paths don’t have to be walked alone. By understanding ourselves, nurturing self-compassion, and integrating practical coping skills, we can achieve true healing and live our best lives. With over 20 years of experience, she works with individuals and couples aged 18 and older, specializing in depression, anxiety, relationships, communication, PTSD, grief, personality disorders, and stress management. Her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is certified in Prepare Enrich, Critical Incident Stress Management, and is a Certified First Responder Counselor.

Becky Schuldt is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and a board-certified art therapist based in Aberdeen, SD. Licensed in South Dakota, Becky provides both in-office and telehealth counseling. She combines evidence-based therapies with sensory and verbal techniques to tailor treatment plans to each client’s unique needs, ensuring a personalized and effective approach to mental health care.

Sara Vedvei, LMFT

Sara Vedvei is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and is passionate about helping others connect with their inner strengths to heal their relationships with themselves and others. Since 2014, she has provided individual and relational therapy services to children, couples, and families in various settings, including in-home, outpatient, and school-based environments. She specializes in working with the birth to 5 population (with parent present) and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Critical Incident Stress Management. Her early work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault inspired her commitment to this field, and she strives to honor each client’s life experiences on their journey to healing.
